PUBLIC NOTICE: DISCLAIMER ON FRAUDULENT SOLICITATIONS

It has come to the attention of the Management of Nuran Ventures Limited that fraudulent individuals and organized criminal syndicates are misappropriating our company name and reputation to facilitate illegal gold scams in Kampala and across social media platforms.

⚠️ THE FRAUDULENT SCHEME

Scammers are currently using fake profiles, unofficial Facebook groups, Reddit threads, and WhatsApp/Telegram channels to:

  • Offer gold at “discounted” or “CIF” rates using our refinery’s name.

  • Solicit advance payments, “documentation fees,” or “assay charges.”

  • Issue forged documents bearing a likeness to our corporate identity.

🚫 OFFICIAL DISCLAIMER

Nuran Ventures Limited hereby clarifies to the general public and international investors that:

  1. NO SOCIAL MEDIA SALES: We do NOT solicit buyers, offer gold for sale, or conduct any business transactions through Facebook Groups, Reddit, WhatsApp, Telegram, or personal social media accounts.

  2. PHYSICAL TRANSACTIONS ONLY: All legitimate transactions and refinery services are conducted strictly at our registered physical premises in Kampala following official Ugandan mining laws.

  3. NO ADVANCE FEES VIA MOBILE MONEY: We do not request “clearance fees” or “taxes” via Mobile Money or personal bank accounts.

  4. ZERO LIABILITY: Nuran Ventures Limited shall not be held liable for any financial loss or damages incurred by individuals who engage with these unauthorized fraudulent entities.

👮 HOW TO REPORT

If you have been approached by anyone claiming to represent Nuran Ventures on social media or if you have seen a suspicious post:

  1. Do not share personal or financial information.

  2. Report the profile/post immediately to the platform (Meta/Facebook/Reddit).

  3. Report the matter to the Uganda Police Force – Cyber Crime Unit or the Mineral Protection Unit.
